The Beer Cellar

Beneath the house built at the end of the 18th century, entirely constructed from local red stone, lies a series of historic vaulted cellars that have stood the test of time.

One of these ancient spaces has been transformed into a warm, pub-inspired.

At its heart, a fully functional water well still serves as a reminder of the building's rich history.

Over the years, the cellar has become home to a growing collection of beer bottles from Switzerland and around the world. Each bottle tells a story, representing a brewery, a journey, or a memorable tasting experience.

Cool, quiet, and naturally freshed throughout the year, the cellar is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Whether enjoying a beer, discovering new flavours, or simply sharing good conversations with friends, it offers a peaceful atmosphere where time seems to slow down. For me, this is more than just a beer cellar—it's a place where history, passion, and relaxation come together.
